If your driver can’t reach you after seven minutes from initial contact, your order will be canceled at no extra charge to you.
But no worries, you can always place a new order and we'll have that out to you in your new scheduled time.
If you paid in advance, don't worry, you'll get a refund. Just keep in mind that the refund process takes a few days to complete!
