If you have any special requests, just give us a heads-up in the "delivery instructions" during checkout. Keep in mind that sometimes our drivers might not be able to fulfill requests due to parking or accessibility concerns, but we're constantly working to ensure your experience is as awesome as possible! Meeting the driver at their vehicle can ensure a seamless delivery process.
You will be notified via SMS and phone call (whichever option you select in “My Profile”) from a Driver that your order has arrived.
You have 7 minutes from the first notification to respond to your driver. If you do not respond within the allotted 7 minutes, your order will be canceled.
