Your order failed? Bummer! Here are a few reasons why you received an “Order Failed” notification:
- We couldn’t find you!
If your delivery driver can’t locate the delivery address provided, they’ll make every effort to get in touch with you. If they still can’t locate you, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll receive an “Order Failed” notification.
- We couldn’t verify you!
Identity verification is very important in keeping our operation safe and compliant. If you cannot provide the required proof of identity (state-issued driver’s license, state-issued ID card, passport, or foreign government-issued ID) at the time of delivery, we won’t be able to complete your order, and you’ll receive an “Order Failed” notification.
- You refused the order.
We don’t know why you’d turn down calming, stimulating, bliss-inducing cannabis that you already ordered, but if you refuse to accept and pay for your order upon delivery, your order will be considered “Failed.”
- Your order was damaged or incomplete.
If you refuse to accept your order due to damaged or missing products upon delivery, just let your driver know. Your order will be cancelled, and you’ll receive an “Order Failed” notification.
- Your payment didn’t clear.
If you’re short on cash or your debit payment doesn’t go through, we’ll have to cancel the order and send you an “Order Failed.” notification (please don’t make us do it!).
