To ensure you have the best possible first time experience, we recommend going with a hybrid that’s low in THC and high in CBD. CBD offers all of the relaxing benefits of cannabis, without getting too much in your head. It’ll keep you calm as you experience the effects of THC for the first time.
Typically, smoking or vaping are a better place to start, because you get more control over the dose, and the effects come on right away and only last about 20-30 minutes.
Edibles can come off a little strong for first timers, so aim for the lowest possible dose of THC (ideally less than 5mg). Important to note: the effects of edibles can take an hour or two to kick in and can last for hours after.
