If your driver can’t reach you after five minutes from initial contact, your order will be cancelled at no extra charge to you. The only downside is you’ll have to create a new order and *ugh* wait for it again.
Although, if you reach out to us shortly after your order failed we might just be able to re-route it so you don't have to wait the full amount! Don't hesitate in reaching out, we LOVE hearing from you!
If you know you’re going to miss your delivery window, it would help us BIG TIME if you could let us know in advance. Feel free to contact our customer support team, so we can take care of the cancellation for you.
Also, important to note: if missing your delivery becomes a habit, we might have to suspend your account (but we really, really don’t want to).
